Jesus Is The Lamb Of God.

“Look, the Lamb of God, Who takes away the sin of the world!” – John 1:29

The concept that Jesus is the sacrificial Lamb Who took our sin upon Himself should cause us to rejoice, and praise Him. In heaven, this happens, and we’re told it always will. “And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, ‘Great and amazing are Your deeds, O Lord God the Almighty! Just and true are Your ways, O King of the nations!'” (Revelation 15:3) “And they cried out in a loud voice, ‘Salvation belongs to our God, Who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.'” (Revelation 7:10)

We are promised that heaven is more beautiful than we can imagine, because of the presence of the Lamb. “The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp.” (Revelation 21:23) “For the Lamb at the center of throne will be their shepherd; ‘He will lead them to springs of living water.’ ‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.'” (Revelation 7:17)

Our salvation is only through Him. “It was the precious blood of Christ, the sinless, spotless Lamb of God.” (1 Peter 1:19) We look forward to eternity with Him! “No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and His servants will serve Him.” (Revelation 22:3)
